Our founder Ed opened Over Under Coffee to channel his inspiration from coffee hubs around the world. Drawing on his experience of cafe culture in New Zealand, where his family is from, and Dublin and New York where he has lived over the past five years, Ed has created a space that reflects this diversity.
With expert baristas who care about your name and order, we want your visit to Over Under to be the easiest part of your day. We work in close partnership with our roaster, Brixton's Assembly Coffee, when sourcing our beans so you can rely on a consistently excellent cup.
Executive chef Connie Grossman developed the menu along side Ed to reflect the values of Over Under. Connie draws inspiration from her previous experiences working for Chez Panisse in California, Two Hands in New York and Ottolenghi in London.
