key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee to a consistently high standard

• Dial in espresso and manage grind adjustments throughout service

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels of the coffee station

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally

• Take customer orders and help out on the floor where necessary

about you

• Minimum [2–3] years barista experience

• Strong technical coffee knowledge and ability to dial in

• Ability to steam milk consistently and confidently create latte art 

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Passionate about coffee quality and customer experience

• Flexible availability, must be able to work at least one weekend day
