• Health and safety - Ensure that all food and coffee meet Over Under’s quality standards. Daily record keeping of fridges, cooking temps and recording deliveries.

• Aim for success - Every coffee and dish should be served to the highest standard. If you don’t succeed the first time try again or ask for help.

about you

• Ideally 1 year previous experience in hospitality

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Passionate about coffee quality, food and customer experience

• Flexible availability, must be able to work at least one weekend day
